If you receive the wrong hair extensions please IMMEDIATELY email us to resolve the issue. Customers have up to 5 business days after purchase. Any hair extensions that has been altered, washed or worn in any way will not be qualify to be exchanged. We have the right to refuse items that are not returned in the same condition we shipped it out.
