Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME:

Due to COVID-19, All orders will ship within 10-20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We are doing our best to fulfill all orders in a timely manner. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take 7-10 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING PROCESS: 

Standard Shipping is 7-10 Business Days 

 

Weekend orders will be processed next business day. This means any orders processed after Friday (purchased made during the weekend) will not ship until next business hours.

 

Please note if you are not home to receive your hair please contact USPS to pick up your package or to reschedule a delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

International: 7-14 Business Days

Express International Shipping is 5-7 business days

Please note if there are custom duties or tariffs charged by your country we are not responsible for paying them 

 

**Expect delays during sales periods and during holidays or holiday sales

 

If your order is not in stock your hair will ship when order becomes available and an email will be sent directly to you.

 

Please Note: We cannot control the holiday shipping rush. Please order early to prevent any delays during holidays.

We do NOT ship on Saturdays/Sundays and it doesn’t count as BUSINESS DAYS!

 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES!

 

Shipping Delays

We will provided you a tracking number once you place your order. We are not responsible for late shipments due to increase weather, holidays, holidays sales, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Processing times are normally longer during sales. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.

 

Customers are responsible to tracking their package once we ship it.
